General information:

Our modern and fully furnished holiday apartments / rooms for on-site-workers offer space for up to 6 people. They provide a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Soap, dishwashing liquid, wipes and toilet paper are available on arrival. Bed linen is included in the price, but you must bring your own towels.

Cleaning:

For stays of less than 14 nights, there is a one-time fee for final cleaning. This depends on the size of the apartment. For longer stays, cleaning is included every 2 weeks with a change of linen. Weekly cleaning can be carried out on request at an additional cost.

Prices:

The minimum stay is 4 nights at EUR 25.00 plus statutory VAT and already includes water, electricity and gas. For longer stays and more than 2 people, we would be happy to provide you with individual weekly or monthly prices.

Prices include:

  • Non-smoking apartment (smoking in the front garden / courtyard)

  • Fire extinguishers & smoke alarms

  • First aid kit

  • Fully equipped kitchen including all equipment

  • Bed linen is provided

  • Washing machine

  • TV with satellite reception

  • WiFi can be used free of charge

  • Barbecue is possible in the yard

  • Own parking space for cars / vans
